Top Survival Supplies Hosts Events

Two ways to get prepared, live and in person: Urban Survival, our indoor interactive survival game night — and Urban Hikes, guided small-group walks through NYC’s hidden wild side, starting with a free Founders’ Hike on Sunday, October 4.

What Is Urban Survival?

Urban Survival is an immersive survival scenario game night where you and your guests face real emergency situations — floods, blackouts, infrastructure failures — and make decisions that determine your survival.

Teams compete by answering survival questions, earning points for correct choices, and learning real preparedness skills along the way. Prizes for the winning team!

Perfect for:

Private parties & get-togethers
Team building events
Corporate outings
Community gatherings
Any group that loves strategy and survival skills

How It Works

Each game features 3 scenarios chosen from our rotating pool. Clients pick their scenarios from the list below — every event is unique!

Scenario Pool (Clients Pick 3)

The Breach — When the Dam Fails — A dam failure upstream sends a wall of water toward the city. You have minutes, not hours, to get out of the inundation zone.
Citywide Blackout — When the Grid Fails — The entire Northeast grid fails; no transit, no phones, no ATMs, and the clock is ticking.
Collateral Damage — When the Military Fails — A military training exercise goes wrong; a burning munitions ship drifts toward the harbor as off-course missiles strike the city.
Contagion — When the Outbreak Spreads — A pandemic erupts across the city; quarantine zones, supply shortages, and misinformation put everyone at risk.
Wildfire — When the Air Turns Toxic — Massive wildfires send choking smoke across all five boroughs; air quality plummets and evacuation orders conflict as the wind shifts.
Civil Unrest — When Order Breaks Down — Civil unrest erupts after a controversial verdict; looting and vandalism spread block by block.
Poison Gas — When the Subway Traps — A chemical attack on the subway system releases a toxic agent across multiple stations; commuters are trapped underground as the cloud spreads.
EMP Strike — When Everything Goes Dark — A high-altitude detonation fries every electronic device across the Northeast — phones, cars, generators, radios — all dead in a single instant.
Hurricane — When the Surge Hits — A Category 3 hurricane makes direct landfall on NYC; storm surge overwhelms lower Manhattan and Brooklyn hours before the eye arrives.
Cyber Siege — When the System Crashes — A coordinated cyberattack takes down NYC’s entire digital infrastructure — banking, transit, traffic control, hospitals, water systems — all compromised at once.
Chemical Spill — When the Air is the Enemy — A train derailment releases a massive chemical plume drifting south; no one knows what’s in the air or which direction is safe.
